Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced No-Code / Web Developer (Webflow Specialist) to join our talent network and support client projects across multiple industries.

Core Responsibilities
About The Role

As a No-Code / Web Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, optimizing, and maintaining websites and digital experiences primarily using Webflow.

You will work closely with designers, marketers, project managers, and clients to transform ideas and Figma designs into responsive, scalable, and conversion-focused websites.

This role requires someone who combines strong technical execution with an eye for design, user experience, and performance optimization.

You'll be expected to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver polished work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
Website Development & Implementation
  • Build responsive, production-ready websites using Webflow as the primary development platform.

  • Convert Figma designs into pixel-perfect, interactive websites.

  • Develop landing pages, marketing websites, portfolio sites, and business websites.

  • Build reusable sections and scalable website structures.

CMS & Content Management
  • Design and implement CMS-driven websites using Webflow CMS.

  • Structure dynamic content collections for scalability and ease of management.

  • Create systems that allow clients to update website content independently.

Integrations & Functionality
  • Integrate websites with third-party tools, applications, and APIs.

  • Implement forms, automations, analytics, CRM connections, and marketing tools.

  • Configure custom functionality where required.

Optimization & Performance
  • Optimize websites for speed, performance, SEO, and accessibility.

  • Ensure excellent user experiences across all devices.

  • Conduct browser compatibility testing and quality assurance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly.

Collaboration & Project Management
  • Collaborate with internal teams and clients throughout project lifecycles.

  • Participate in project planning, feedback sessions, and implementation discussions.

  • Communicate progress proactively and identify potential risks early.

Required Qualifications

We're looking for someone who has:

Technical Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience building websites with Webflow (mandatory).

  • Proven experience converting Figma designs into responsive websites.

  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS.

  • Solid understanding of responsive design principles.

  • Knowledge of website performance optimization.

  • Understanding of technical SEO best practices.

  • Familiarity with website accessibility standards.

Professional Skills
  • Excellent attention to detail.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

  • Strong communication and time management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

The following are advantageous but not mandatory:

  • Basic to intermediate JavaScript skills.

  • Experience implementing CSS animations and interactions.

  • Experience with API integrations.

  • Experience building advanced CMS systems in Webflow.

  • Familiarity with GoHighLevel (Squama).

  • Experience with modern deployment and website management workflows.

  • Experience working with international clients, startups, or agencies.

Working Arrangement
  • Type: Contract / Freelance

  • Location: Fully Remote

  • Hours: Project-based with flexible working hours

  • Collaboration: Remote and asynchronous with occasional meetings when required

Portfolio Requirements

Applications without a portfolio will not be considered.

Applicants should provide:

  • A portfolio showcasing Webflow projects

  • Links to at least 3 websites they have built or significantly contributed to

  • A brief explanation of their role in each project

  • Any relevant certifications or additional training (optional)
