Client /Customer Success Intern

Location: Remote
Contract: 3-month renewable

Mission

As a CS Intern, you drive Workspace Global’s client operations across communication, retention, project coordination, and quality assurance. Your role is essential to ensuring proactive project updates, real-time responses, organized workflows, and consistent delivery. 

You will work closely with the CS Manager to maintain a high standard of client experience. This is a hands-on, fast-learning role designed for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about operational excellence. Workspace typically works with 50 - 100 clients annually.

Key Responsibilities

Client Communication & Responsiveness

  • Proactively share daily project updates with clients summarizing progress, timelines, and next steps.

  • Respond to client messages in real-time. 

  • Maintain a positive, attentive client experience throughout each project.

 

Project Coordination & Workflow Support

  • Coordinate with project delivery team to ensure task completion and timeline adherence.

  • Track project progress and maintain accurate task boards or workflow systems.

  • Coordinate daily updates with the CS Manager and internal teams.

Quality Control

  • Review deliverables for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with briefs.

  • Ensure client-facing materials meet branding standards and internal quality benchmarks.

  • Flag inconsistencies or gaps promptly and request revisions when needed.

Documentation & Process Support

  • Maintain clean, organized documentation in Google Drive and internal tools.

  • Capture key decisions, updates, and notes for reference.

  • Support ongoing improvements to CS processes, templates, and communication practices.

  • Clients must NEVER follow up on project progress

  • Communication feels fluid & real time like a Chat App (like ChatGPT)

  • Accuracy of daily updates and documentation

  • On-time project delivery

  • Elimination of errors and improved QC consistency

  • Client satisfaction and feedback indicators

Qualifications & Attributes

  • 1–2 years experience in CS, communications, VA work, operations, project coordination, or related roles preferred but all experience levels are welcome to apply.

  • Strong writing and communication skills.

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with multiple moving parts.

  • Interest in branding, creative operations, project management, or marketing.

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, strong follow-through.
